Rubber Filter Belt (Filtration Conveyor Belt)

Description:

Rubber filter belt is also called rubber drainage belt(vacuum belt), it is key part of vacuum belt filter（HVBF or VBF). The Carcass material of belt is EP/EE, which has excellent qualities like high strength, anti-acid/alkali/petrol/low and high temperature, and the most outstanding feature is low elongation rate under specified load, this can make sure the fabric is not easy to deform.

   According to different working conditions, rubber cover material can use different formulas then to meet different needs. Belt shaping and vulcanization are done in a single operation without the need for an additional splicing step, significantly enhancing belt straightness performance stability.

   Grooves are cutted or molded into top cover of rubber filter belt, and in the   specific middle, there will be drainage holes. When working with vacuum pump, filtrate can go to vacuum box through these holes. The drainage hole part is fabric-free, so that corrosive liquid will not contact fabric to cause delamination, this will prolong the service of a rubber filter belt.

It is the critical part of rubber belt vacuum filter and vacuum belt stock washer.
There are many grooves with holes punched through on the surface of top cover, this allows for effective liquid drainage.
