Construction:

Also called flat rubber belt, which select high quality cotton canvas as its skeleton layers.   The surface of the canvas is scrubbed or coated with appropriate rubber, and then several layers of rubber canvas adhere together to form the flat rubber belt.   The finished flat belt is jointed end to end by hot vulcanization, then forms endless flat belt.   The belt core strength of joint can reach 90% of belt body strength, no obvious jointing defects on the belt surface.

Features:

The belt includes 28OZ, 32OZ and 36OZ. And it can be divided into two types, according to structure: Fold edge type & cut edge type.

Colors: Sandy beige, bright yellow, orange, black etc.

Application:

Mainly used in machinery transmission, high power rice- flour processing, Agricultural irrigation, wood cutting, combineharvester and related industrial and agricultural power equipment and parcels, on inclined surface at angles of maximal 35 degree.
